I have really bad ADHD and in my family my brothers were smart and bullish, when I talked And screwed it up. They would cut ME OFF and I would screw up more and developed a fear of talking especially in groups.
I wasn’t aware that my adhd was such a big problem until I was 60. So now I have a podcast called “OTR – Achieving Mental Health for Real’ non profit to let the world know how bad the problem is and how do deal with mental health issues.
I also live with dyslexia, severe depression anxiety mostly performance anxiety and OCD. But I’m winning a step at a time.
